Hi guys! So, I know for me, the summer is one of my favorite times of the year but it is also a really busy time! Most of the people I talk to about this have agreed -between parties, work, weekend activities- summer can go by in the blink of an eye. I also think that when we get busy we tend to think of ourselves less and that includes what we’re eating or how often we’re exercising and even taking time for ourselves. So, I put together a list of body and mind challenges for 1 week. I plan on doing the challenge with you and there a few rules so check them out down below!!!
For the workouts, I will be posting my suggested workouts on my instagram stories starting on Monday! You can follow me here if you haven’t already! You can take screenshots and then complete the workouts on your own time. By the time the week is up, I’m hoping that we will all feel healthier, happier, and more productive. The only other rule is have fun with it and keep me updated if you’re following along! 🙂
